Discussions on natural dog health care| Natural dog flea spray also works on lice | | My niece had a bad case of lice. I went to my sister's house with my de-flea spray (claims to work on fleas, ticks, lice) it's all natural and has a very low% pyrethrin so it works great on the dogs as a daily prevention. VS using dangerous Frontline. So I pumped this stuff on my niece's chair since there were a few visible bugs there, it only took a minute and they were all dead. You CANT use this on people, but you can use it on un-movable furniture and it doesn't stain. (at least in this case) So I thought I'd throw that tip out there for anyone who likes natural flea prevention and etc. | |

| | Recommend dog foods?? | | I'm looking for some new dog food for my dog. The dog food she is eating currently she really enjoys. It's a blend of all of these ingredients: carrots, potatoes, apples, cranberries, blueberries, yogurt, flax, kelp, oatmeal, glucosamine hydrochloride, chondroitin sulphate, etc.. The only thing is each time we contact the place we purchase our dog food from for her.. We tend to always have issues getting a bag. As they either put the wrong one aside or we get there & they ended up lying to us on the phone. And we're left without a bag of dog food for her each time. Which is just so frustrating. So we are wanting to change her dog food as this is the only place that sells this dog food. And we dislike how disorganized the place we purchase her dog food from is.. What do you feed your dog? Does anyone feed there dog "Purina ONEĀ®?" I've been thinking of purchasing this type of dog food for quite a while now.. Has anyone tried this type of dog food? If so does it make your dogs coat shinier? Also has anyone tried the "Go Natural" dog food products? I've heard a lot about these as well.. I am looking for dog food that will make her coat shinier, but also is good for her as well..... | |
