| | Does one multi-vitamin a day really make a difference? | | I used to take a centrum everyday until a nurse instructed me not to. She said I am young enough to make my own vitamins. | Getting rid of a hacking cough..Any tips? | | Unfortunately - I got sick last Wednesday with a common head-cold: horrible headaches, runny (and stuffy - alternately) nose, congested chest - and worse: hacking cough. I've been taking a multi-vitamin every day, drinking much more water (and eating more healthy), and obviously I've cut down on smoking..But is there anything I can do to get rid of this?Besides see my doctor. It's only been about 5 days, and my cold has been increasingly disappearing - besides the coughing.Any tips or ideas? | |
